Thirty minutes in the gym parking lot and three hours at Starbucks. A whole master decided and folded, half of a second one, and the spec method defined, before you got to Blase's.
Writing the specs is off today, and not because of time. Reading MSF-01 and MSF-06 to define the method showed that decision groups in other masters have to close before either spec can be written. The method is done and the specs are blocked, so the rest of the day is decisions.

MSF-03 A reviewed by 2:21, or MSF-03 does not close today. Four links, each 60 minutes of generation plus 21 of you, is 324 minutes. From a 1:00 kick that lands D's review at 7:23 with 37 minutes of margin against the cutoff. The chain has no parallelism in it and no slack: every minute A waits, the close moves a minute, four links down.
The bar reads 100 of 115 on purpose. Nothing is reviewable between 12:35 and about 1:10, and nothing lands between 1:40 and 2:00. That is real waiting, not spare capacity, and it is the shape of the whole afternoon from here.

Three masters close in this block and you have 37 minutes of attention you never spend, because from 5:36 you are waiting on MSF-03 D to generate. The order below is the order, not a list.
MSF-03 D kicked by 6:36. It lands at 7:36 and costs 21 minutes, which is exactly what is left and not a second more. The 37 minutes of unspent attention in this block cannot buy that back: they are minutes you have while a tab is generating, and a tab you have not kicked generates nothing.
If everything closes before 7:30. Kicking the next master's plan session is five minutes of you and it runs overnight. Three masters closed today and a fourth planned before bed is the cheapest start tomorrow will ever get.
If it goes sideways, cut from the bottom
MSF-04 C, the Shared Notification Store. 28 minutes plus the fold. B and C are independent, so cutting C leaves B ruled and appended, and MSF-04 resumes tomorrow one group short rather than restarting.
The MSF-02 fold. 20 minutes, and the worst cut on the list. All six rulings exist and only the merge is missing, so cutting it leaves the master decided and not closed.
MSF-03 D. Only if its 6:36 kick was missed. Cutting D is cutting the group that carries the Status word, which neither MSF-02 nor MSF-03 has ruled and which both need.
Already cut: the widget placement and the For Operators image, third day at the bottom of this list and today they came off. The MSF-01 and MSF-06 specs are not cut, they are blocked: the method exists, the decisions they depend on do not.
